Hanna Jõgis, a long-time employee of the company, has been appointed to Managing Director of Piletilevi PLG’s Estonian operations. Sven Nuutmann, CEO of Piletilevi PLG, will continue as Chairman of the Management Board, focusing on group-level leadership and international expansion.
Previously, in his role as PLG’s CEO, Sven Nuutmann oversaw both the group’s parent company and the Estonian business unit simultaneously. Due to the group’s significant expansion in recent years, now operating in seven countries, it has become necessary to clearly separate these roles. As a result, the management structure of Piletilevi Estonia will now align with that of other group companies, giving Estonia a dedicated Managing Director responsible for day-to-day operations.
The Estonian market accounts for approximately 7% of Piletilevi PLG’s total volume, yet its role is of symbolic importance to the group – the company was founded in Estonia, and its local team has been the foundation for PLG’s success across the Baltics and Central Europe. With the rapid expansion of the group and the addition of new subsidiaries, it has become essential for each market to have a dedicated leader responsible for daily management and local partnerships.
Sven Nuutmann commented on the change: “With the group’s international expansion, we have reached a stage where the management board must focus on broader strategic leadership to achieve our long-term goals and maximize the synergies that come with growth. Our Estonian business, like every other subsidiary in the group, requires dedicated day-to-day management. Hanna has repeatedly proven herself over more than nine years in various roles, bringing invaluable experience and insight to Piletilevi PLG.”
According to Hanna Jõgis, Piletilevi PLG is both an excellent employer and a trusted, professional partner for organizers and customers alike.
“It is a great honor to accept this role. My goal is to keep Piletilevi strong and ensure that we remain the first choice for both event organizers and ticket buyers. I want our team to stay united, because our people – professional and highly experienced – are the company’s greatest strength,” said Jõgis.
She added that the times ahead will be both challenging and full of opportunities: “The difficult economic environment affects the cultural sector first and foremost. As people’s spending habits shift, we must help organizers find smart and flexible solutions to reach and retain their audiences. Our role is not just to sell tickets, but to act as a broader collaboration platform — to find ways to make every event more visible, accessible, and successful. I want our team to be a true partner that understands organizers’ needs, brings new ideas, and helps reach new audiences. When we can grow audiences and strengthen trust, the entire cultural sector benefits,” said Hanna Jõgis, Managing Director of Piletilevi PLG Estonia.
