Fill out the event order form

As soon as the event has been entered into the system, you can start selling tickets. Important! Along with the completed order form, please send us a short text description of the event and the poster design. All graphic materials provided by the organizer and published in Piletilevi's digital environment must be in RGB colors. Events with incomplete information will not be entered into the sales program.

Major events

Sign the contract

The contract is necessary to define, once and for all, a legally correct relationship between your company and Piletilevi when communicating with ticket buyers. Once the standard framework agreement is signed, new events can be managed through the order form and the self-service environment. The contract will be sent to you by the project manager after completing the application form.

Important! Along with the completed order form, we kindly ask you to provide a short textual description of the event and the event poster design. All graphic materials submitted by the organizer that will be published in Piletilevi’s digital environment must be in RGB color mode. Events with incomplete information will not be entered into the sales system.

How much does the Piletilevi service cost?

We offer a wide range of sales and advertising opportunities and solutions for both large and small organizers. With the help of a project manager, we will find the best solution for you on the market.

Can I place ticket sales directly on my website?

Yes, the organizer has the option of integrating the Piletilevi purchase window, or widget, into their own website. This service is free of charge.

Can I book tickets and issue invitations myself?

Each organizer has the option to book tickets themselves, issue invitations or tickets at a price, and send them directly to the customer's email address.

Do you have floor plans for the halls?

The organizer provides the project manager with the seating plan, and we organize ticket sales accordingly. We already have seating plans for most concert venues. In the case of a special solution or a completely new venue, the seating plan must also be sent to us.

How does creating a promotional code work? Can I see how many tickets were purchased with the promotional code afterwards?

To create a discount code, you must provide the project manager with the name of the discount code, its value, and any time and/or quantity restrictions. We also offer the option of creating personalized discount codes. We will also provide you with a report on the purchases made.

How does ticket sales work at the event venue? As the organizer, do I need to arrange anything for this?

How does ticket inspection work?

To check tickets, the organizer can rent 4G devices from Piletilevi free of charge or download the Piletilevi Group ticket control app from Google Play or the App Store.

How does payment with Piletilevi work?

Piletilevi compiles a commission invoice based on the previous month's sales, which is offset against ticket sales. The final ticket sales amount is transferred to the organizer on the Friday following the event.

Can I get a refund before the event takes place?

Ticket revenue can be obtained before the event if the event meets certain criteria. Please ask our project manager for more information.

What happens to tickets that have been sold if an event is canceled or postponed?

At the request of the organizer, Piletilevi can repurchase tickets. Piletilevi will handle all customer communication. If the event is postponed, purchased tickets will automatically be valid for the new date, and in this case, it is not necessary to exchange tickets.

I would like to contact ticket buyers. What do I need to do?

GDPR regulations do not allow this data to be extracted and forwarded to third parties. We do not prevent communication with ticket buyers, but information can only be forwarded through Piletilevi and via our project manager.
